If I had to define their service in a few words, I would say 'quality' and 'reliability'. You feel the obsession for quality in everything they propose: car selection, car delivery (which is amazing by the way...), staff quality, insurance providers, external partners and vendors...They are flexible enough to show the customer that they have nothing to hide and that they have full confidence in their service/product which is very reassuring.

I recently bought from Iqram at Blackline and can highly recommend. Despite losing out on car several months ago, Iqram stayed in touch over summer and kindly recommended other options. No hard sell, just genuine and honest service. Two weeks ago he reached and gave me first refusal on a similar type and then walked me through the buying process - super efficient and pleasant. All transactions and paperwork connected to the  part-ex were also handled well. Over all, so impressed with Blackline. All the guys there are so helpful and give genuinely very helpful advice and steer you in the right direction. Every place that I have looked for a car, I have felt uncomfortable and always felt something wasn’t right however blackline is an exception. So helpful and make you feel very comfortable.
